Ran Bukshpan, CEO
Mr. Bukshpan has served in various positions prior joining Telrad Networks in 2009. Ran has joined the Baran Group on 1988 and since then he held a few positions as a CEO. From 2000 to 2003, he served as the CEO of Baran Raviv Telecom Ltd.; when, at the same time, he became the Communications Division President. From 2003 until 2006, he was the Chairman & CEO of Baran Telecom Inc. based in the USA, and in 2006, he was nominated the CEO of the Baran Group, which is traded in the Tel Aviv stock exchange.
Mr.Bukshpan has a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Ruthy Smadja, CFO
Miss. Smadja is a senior executive with more than 10 years of financial experience with Telrad and other Hi-Tech companies. Prior to her current position, she served as the CFO of Nur Europe a NUR Macroprinters Ltd (NASDAQ:NURMF.PK), a subsidiary that was acquired by HP.
Miss. Smadja is CPA and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the College of Business Management, Israel.

Yair Ben-Tov - VP Products Research and Development
Yair Ben-Tov has more than 24 years of experience in the development of software and hardware platforms in the telecommunication areas. At Telrad Networks, Yair held various positions as a development director, leading the development projects of switching and VoIP products for world-leading vendors in North America and other International markets. Previously, Yair held a position of a vice president of R&D at commatch, a fully owned division of Telrad, which provides gateways between traditional and next-generation networks. Prior to this, Yair led the development of telecommunication systems at Telrad Networks. His responsibilities include managing the product development groups, the business development and projects’ management. Mr. Ben-Tov holds a BSc in computer science from Ben-Gurion University.
Shai Yanai, VP & Product Solutions Division
Mr. Yanai has an extensive management experience in business development, commerce, and supply-chain management, having served at Telrad networks for more than 8 years. In his most-recent position, he was a Vice President of Business Development, where he was responsible for the company's partnerships and channel agreements, as well as its ongoing relationships with key customers. Prior to joining Telrad, Mr. Yanai had served in engineering and management positions in consumer and marketing organizations.
Mr. Yanai holds a BSc in Organizational and Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Mr. Menachem has served in various leading positions prior to his recent joining to Telrad Networks in 2010. Mr. Mencachem has joined Leadcom Integrated solutions Ltd. on 2002. From 2002 to 2005, he served as the Chief Marketing officer of Leadcom and from 2006 to 2009, he became APAC General Manager and Leadcom India CEO. Before joining Leadcom, he spent three years as the director of Unified Network Solutions at Nortel Networks and eight years at Telrad Networks, including as associate vice president of Marketing and Public Networks.
Mr. Menachem holds M.Sc and B.Sc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
