Designed specifically for the Telco Service Providers, C15 Application Server delivers enhanced services. The Application Server delivers carrier-grade performance expected by the Telco operators.
C15 Application Server is a SIP based, next generation IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) created to provide advanced VOIP telephony services. Application Server VOIP services include Announcements, Conference Calling, Voice Mail, WEB Portal, Single Number Service and Call Manager (Outgoing and Incoming call management).
C15 with the application server brings additional features to the system. C15 communicates with the application server using SIP protocol.
C15 equipped with the application server provides the following features:
Announcements Server – The application server stores all the announcements and plays the required announcement according C15 request.
Voice Mail Server and Unified Messaging – The application server handles the Voice Mail Server. It informs the C15 with Message Waiting Information. Supplies the Voice Mail functionality and handles the Voice mails towards the subscriber. Voice Mails are also integrated in the “Integrated WEB Server” (see below).
The subscriber can listen, save as in PC, delete or send to e-mail the voice mails which are recorded in his mail box.
Using the Web Portal, subscribers can delete, play or save voice messages without having to pick up the phone. Any changes that subscribers make are transmitted directly to the application server and are effective immediately for real-time service
The customers can receive their voice mail messages at multiple e-mail addresses if desired. Subscribers also have a choice of deleting their voice message from their e-mail and still keeping it for a period of time in the Application Server system or deleting it from the Application Server and saving it on their computer indefinitely.
Local Number Portability - The application server contains the Local Number Portability (LNP) Data Base. The LNP data base is updated from the management system which communicates with the National Data Base Servers or can be manually updated.
The Web Portal allows subscribers an easy-to-use web page interface for administration of their essential telephony.
Using the Web Portal, subscribers can delete, play or save voice messages without having to pick up the phone. It's secure and simple to use. Any changes that subscribers make are transmitted directly to the Application Server and are effective immediately for real-time service.
The Web Portal gives subscribers administrative control over their enhanced services 24/7 and can reduce support calls for service settings that the subscriber can now do on their own.

Integrated WEB Portal builds upon the easy-to-use web page interface of the Web Portal. In addition to administration of their essential telephony services, subscribers have the added benefits of a Unified Address Book and real-time call logging.
WEB Portal & Integrated WEB Portal Features:
Call logging: The subscriber can see it his WEB page the history of his calls; outgoing calls, incoming calls, missed calls, etc. With Call Logging subscribers receive a real-time log of all calls made from and placed to their telephone.
Click to call: The subscriber can call any number or contact which is available in his private WEB Portal page. He can call with a click the calls which appear in “Call logs” or a number from his contact. When applied, the subscriber phone rings first and than the termination is dialed.
Personal address book: Every contact can be associated with contact information such as: Multiple wire line, wireless phone numbers, e-mail address, contact photo, import info from outlook, associate with groups or organizations.
On-Demand Conference Calling: The subscriber can schedule a conference call to his private conference call ID. With On-Demand Conference Calling, subscribers hold a conference account with the facilities of the operator. Once that relationship is established, they conduct conferences as needed without reservations.
Using Web Portal, owner of “conference room” (conference administrator) is able to

- Record conversation
- See who is talking
- Mute/Un-mute callers
- Adjust caller volume
- Remove callers
Single Number Service (UCM): Single Number Service permits residential or small business subscribers to have a single phone number that will help them be reached wherever they are. Subscribers can configure the telephone numbers to ring in succession or simultaneously. With the UCM Single Number Service, customers determine how to manage incoming calls from the WEB Portal and allow the callers to 'Find' them.
Call Manager
Call Manager Service provides the ability to control incoming or outgoing calls.
Originating Call Manager (OCM)
This service provides subscribers with a means to control originating calls allowed.
The service has the ability to block or allow any combination of numbers on specific lists, international or local calls.
By configuring the service properly, this service can provide a limited calling service where the subscriber is only allowed to call a few pre-defined numbers or a limited denial service where the subscriber is allowed to call all type of calls with the exception of a few telephone numbers.
Terminating Call Manager (TCM)
The Terminating Call Management (TCM) service provides the subscriber with the ability to screen callers prior to terminating the call at the subscriber’s line. This service screens out telemarketers, polling services, auto dialers and other nuisance callers. TCM gives the subscriber control over whom and when calls get delivered to their phone.
Music on Hold
“Music on Hold Service” gives the opportunity to companies to play music to their customers holding for telephone services. Music on Hold service plays music to a hold party of a call.
