Berge Ayvazian joined Wireless 20/20 as a Senior Analyst in 2009, following more than 20 years as a senior telecom industry analyst and strategy consultant with Yankee Group, where he served as CEO and co-chairman of the 4G World and Mobile Internet World conference programs. At Wireless 20/20, he leads an integrated practice to help mobile and wireless broadband operators and their vendors to develop their 4G/5G technology roadmaps and build a complete business case leveraging the Wireless 20/20 WiROI™ Business Case Analysis Tools.
He has used these tools to develop operator 4G network business cases, and address the most challenging modeling problems associated with fixed wireless networks, Wi-Fi Offload, Small Cell deployments and 4G networks to serve venues such as stadiums, airports and train stations. Ayvazian also spent five years with UBM as a Senior Analyst/Consultant for Heavy Reading conducting 4G Network and Mobile Internet research on the convergence of broadband and mobility and the evolving business strategies of mobile service providers and their technology vendors. Ayvazian chaired 4G World conferences in the US and India and he continues to serve as the Program Director and Conference Chair of UBM’s Tower & Small Cell Summit. Ayvazian is a frequent speaker at other telecom industry events worldwide.

Bob is President of Select Spectrum which provides spectrum marketing and auction management services to organizations seeking to maximize the value and utility of FCC spectrum licenses. The company has supported 196 successful spectrum transactions since 2010.
From 2003 to 2008 Bob was Vice President of Spectrum Development for Nextel and Sprint Nextel where he led the rollup that aggregated mobile broadband spectrum rights averaging 100 MHz nationwide. Bob holds engineering degrees from U.C. Davis and Stanford. He lives in Northern Virginia.
Chris Daniels is the Vice President and General Manager of Telrad North America, responsible for sales and operations in the US and Canada. Chris joined Telrad after their acquisition of the Alvarion BWA division, where he served as VP of Sales and later as General Manager of the Americas.
He has served in technical, sales, and management roles during his fifteen years in the telecommunications industry. Prior to entering the wireless industry in 2005, he served as an AVP of Product Strategy for Zhone Technologies.
As a member of the executive engineering team, Chris was responsible for aligning Zhone’s long-term vision with their customers’ next-generation requirements.
Kurt Schaubach brings 25 years of wireless industry experience to Federated Wireless where he plays a key role in developing technologies and new business strategies to create the next-generation architecture of broadband wireless. Previously, Kurt served in various engineering roles at the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC), NextWave Wireless, LCC International, and Southwestern Bell. He has also served as a technology consultant to wireless network operators, equipment manufacturers, and semiconductor suppliers.
Kurt was a founding member of a publicly traded wireless broadband and multimedia software company and led the acquisition and integration of two wireless infrastructure companies. Kurt has been active in spectrum development, management, and policy matters throughout his career.
He currently serves on the Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee (CSMAC) and has spoken at the International Symposium on Advanced Radio Technologies (ISART) events, among many others. Kurt received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Mr. Coran’s practice focuses on the representation of fixed wireless broadband providers, equipment and technology companies, educators and wireless companies by serving their policy, transactional and licensing needs.
He actively represents a trade association before the FCC, Congress and other federal agencies in matters involving spectrum policy, Internet regulation, the Universal Service Fund and other proceedings affecting wireless broadband service providers and other wireless technology interests. Mr. Coran has extensive experience in negotiating complex, multi-party transactions for the purchase, sale and financing of established and start-up communications businesses, and also drafts and negotiates interconnection, spectrum lease, tower lease, dark fiber and other agreements. He has also represented financial institutions in connection with public and private investments.
Mr. Coran also advises on regulatory compliance and FCC enforcement matters. Mr. Coran is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on a wide variety of regulatory, legislative and communications industry issues. As Co-founder and CEO of Afterimage GIS, Paul has 20+ years experience in the application of geographic information system (GIS) to the development of management systems for local government, and to academic research in environmental management. Over the past 10 years he has established a national reputation as a pioneer and innovator in the utilization of GIS in the planning, design and management of wireless broadband networks collaborating with hardware manufacturers such as Telrad, Cisco, Alcatel Lucent, and DISH Networks to plan and design networks for implementations ranging from local/state governments and internet service providers in the private sector.
Todd Gore is Federated Wireless’s sales lead for incumbent and commercial activities. He’s spent the last 15 years working in various leadership and field sales roles working alongside telcos, MSOs, OEMs and software/hardware companies.
Tom Gruba is an independent consultant with 30+ years of experience in telecommunications serving various capacities including engineering, product management, sales, marketing and innovation with broad expertise in wireline and wireless systems. While Sr. Director of Marketing in Alcatel-Lucent’s wireless infrastructure division, Tom led the launch of lightRadio™, a pioneering Cloud RAN solution. He also served as head of product marketing at Motorola, directing the launches of LTE & WiMAX, and as CMO of their successful Canopy Broadband Wireless start-up. As an innovator, Tom created value at both AT&T Network Systems and Motorola, transforming their portfolios by adding software and support services to hardware, and instigated a corporate-wide innovation program for West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consulting firm. Tom is a proven leader and public speaker with degrees in computer science and electronic engineering technology.
