System Architect (Transport Team)
Responsibilities
- Focuses on defining customer needs and required functionality early in the development cycle
- Writing technical requirements documentation, presentation
- Proceeding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete problem
Requirements
- Academic degree in engineering (Computer Engineering, Radio engineering Telecommunications, etc.)
- Experience in working with equipment (telecommunication equipment, networks)
- Excellent English, both written and spoken skills
- Knowledge in Network protocols and technologies
- Excellent knowledge of SNMP protocols and their usage
- Knowledge of products management application
- Ability to understand, to communicate, and to coordinate with all internal disciplines including Project Management, technical staff
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
Senior Software Engineer (Transport Team)
Responsibilities
- Development of software for telecommunication equipment
- Contribution to high/low level design, coding, integration, bug fixing and documentation creation
- Lead a group of developers
- Review of work done by peers and by junior team members
- Consulting team members on technical issues
- Help in training beginners
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Sciences field
- 3-5 years of experience in C/C++
- RTOS knowledge (preferable pSOS, VxWorks)
- Experience in embedded system programming
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to take on responsibilities
The following qualifications would be an advantage
- Experience in programming in assembler (preferable for Motorola CPU family)
- Understanding of hardware
- Knowledge of communication protocols SONET or SDH
Software Engineer (VoIP Team)
Responsibilities
- Development of software for cutting-edge VoIP equipment
- Coding, bug fixing and contribution to high-level design of less complex pieces
- Review of work done by peers
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Sciences field
- Strong skills and experience in C/C++
- Ability to understand complex software design
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in team
The following qualifications would be an advantage
- Embedded system development
- Linux/UNIX system programming
- RTOS (embedded Linux, VxWorks or similar)
- Networking and network programming (UDP, TCP/IP, SNMP, other protocols)

Software Engineer (OSS Team)
Responsibilities
- Design, development and support of Management Systems for Telecom equipment
- The position is full-time employment
Requirements
- Must have academic degree
- 2+ years hands-on experience in software design & development
- Extensive programming experience in C++/Java
- Knowledge of Swing/RMI
- Knowledge of development methodologies and software engineering
- Ability to work in environment when priority of tasks may be changed frequently
The following qualifications would be an advantage
- Background in Digital Telephony systems, VoIP, NGN
- Background in development of OSS or Management Systems
- Experience in Unix as a working environment

- Testing of developed telecommunication equipment – software and hardware
- Recording and tracking defects
Requirements
- Higher education in hardware engineering (Computer Engineering, Radio engineering, Telecommunications, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in working with equipment (telecommunication equipment, networks)
- Good English written and spoken skills
Technical skills
- Understanding of telecommunication network hardware (multiplexers)
- Basic understanding of digital data transfer in networks
- Basic knowledge of development project flowing, project documentation
Personal virtues
- Logical thinking; skills in hardware conditions analysis
- Ability to quick deep study of project specificity
- Good team player
