Yossi Ben Harosh, President & CEO

Mr. Ben-Harosh has two decades of experience in telecommunications, operations and management, including over 16 years at Telrad. Prior to serving as CEO, he was Division President of Global Operations, responsible for all Telrad Operations Infrastructure and R&D of OEM/ODM products and solution. Previously, Mr. Ben-Haros he acted as Operations Manager in the areas of: Global Supply Chain Management, New Product Introduction & Manufacturing, R&D Engineering Support and System Integration Fulfillment. Prior to joining Telrad, Mr. Ben-Harosh he was a project manager at TEVA Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.. Mr. Ben-Harosh holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben Gurion University.

Meir Bass, EVP & Product Division President

Mr Bass brings to Telrad 25 years of experience in various top executive positions in the telecom industry. Prior to joining Telrad, Mr. Bass served as President, CEO and Founder of TeraSea Inc., a startup in the field of high end, 10G optical subsystems. Mr. Bass also served at as corporate VP and GM of the Integrated Network Solutions Division at ECI Telecom (NASDAQ-ECIL), COO and executive VP R&D at Millimetrix and GM Israel for KereniX Ltd. He holds an executive MBA and BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Ran Laor, EVP & CFO

Mr. Laor is a senior executive with more than 15 years of financial experience with Telrad and other hi-tech companies. Prior to his current position, he served as the Head of Accounting Department of Telrad, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Be Connected, Telrad Business Communications and Telrad Holdings. Mr. Laor also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ISDN Net.

Mr. Laor is CPA and holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University

Amir Kandell, EVP & Sales and Marketing Division President

Mr. Kandell has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales in the telecommunications industry. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kandell served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Commatch, a fully-owned division of Telrad, providing gateways between traditional and Next Generation Networks. Previously Amir held the position of Vice President Marketing and Sales at RiT Technologies (NASDAQ: RITT). He has held a number of senior sales management positions at Amdocs OSS Sales and at Telrad Networks. Mr. Kandell holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.

Shai Yanai, EVP Operations and Services Division

Mr. Yanai has extensive management experience in business development, commerce, and supply chain management, having served at Telrad networks for more than 8 years. His most recent position was as Vice President of Business Development, where he was responsible for the company's partnerships and channel agreements, as well as ongoing relationships with key customers. Prior to joining Telrad, Mr. Yanai served in engineering and management positions in consumer and marketing organizations. He holds a BSc in Organizational and Management Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
