Ran Bukshpan, President & CEO

Mr. Bukshpan has served in various positions prior joining Telrad Networks in 2009. Ran has joined the Baran Group on 1988 and since then he held few CEO positions. From 2000 to 2003 he served as the CEO of Baran Raviv Telecom Ltd. and simultaneously he became the Communications Division President. Fron 2003 till 2006 he was the Chairman & CEO of Baran Telecom Inc. based in the USA, and in 2006 he was nominated the CEO of the Baran Group traded in the Tel Aviv stock exchange.

Mr.Bukshpan has a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Ruthy Smadja, EVP & CFO

Miss. Smadja is a senior executive with more than 10 years of financial experience with Telrad and other Hi-Tech companies. Prior to her current position, She served as the CFO of Nur Europe a NUR Macroprinters Ltd (NASDAQ:NURMF.PK) subsidiary acquired by HP.

Miss. Smadja is CPA and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Management from College of Business Management, Israel.

Amir Kandell, EVP & Sales and Marketing Division President

Mr. Kandell has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales in the telecommunications industry. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kandell served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Commatch, a fully-owned division of Telrad, providing gateways between traditional and Next Generation Networks. Previously Amir held the position of Vice President Marketing and Sales at RiT Technologies (NASDAQ: RITT). He has held a number of senior sales management positions at Amdocs OSS Sales and at Telrad Networks.

Mr. Kandell holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.

Yair Ben-Tov - EVP Products Research and Development

Yair Ben-Tov has more than 24 years of experience in the development of software and hardware platforms in the telecommunication areas. At Telrad Networks, Yair held various positions as a development director, leading development of switching and VoIP products for world leading vendors in North America and other International markets. Previously, Yair held a position of a vice president of R&D at commatch, a fully owned division of Telrad, providing gateways between traditional and next generation networks. Prior to this, Yair lead the development of telecommunication systems at Telrad Networks. His responsibilities included managing the product development groups, the business development and the projects management.

Mr. Ben-Tov holds a BSc in computer science from the Ben-Gurion University.

Shai Yanai, EVP & Product Solutions Division President

Mr. Yanai has extensive management experience in business development, commerce, and supply chain management, having served at Telrad networks for more than 8 years. His most recent position was as Vice President of Business Development, where he was responsible for the company's partnerships and channel agreements, as well as ongoing relationships with key customers. Prior to joining Telrad, Mr. Yanai served in engineering and management positions in consumer and marketing organizations.

Mr. Yanai holds a BSc in Organizational and Management Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
