Carrier Ethernet
Telrad has developed a variety of Carrier Ethernet technologies for use in customer premises equipment (CPE), as well as for first aggregation point solutions and AMC cards.

The technology conforms to MEF standards and provides a full solution for wireless backhaul and Metro Ethernet. Both PBT and MPLS are supported, as are a wide range of options for synchronization and timing.
The technology was designed to support a wide range of technologies on the TDM side, including E1, T1, DS1, and DS3. On the Ethernet side, the interfaces can support Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet, in a range of different capacities. The technology is designed with maximum flexibility for fast development time and software upgradeability.
